We cannot say enough wonderful things about this florist! My husband was suddenly diagnosed with cancer, so we needed to move our daughter's wedding date ahead by nine months and plan an entirely different wedding in 10 weeks. I contacted Cornelius and spoke with Casey, Who agreed to work with us in our short timeframe. She met us the next Sunday when the store was closed and spent as much time as we needed to achieve my daughter's vision for the flowers. Casey was knowledgeable, kind & professional. 10 wks later, the wedding flowers were stunning, we were thrilled and all w/in budget!

I have foe the past few years sent flowers to my sister-in-law through Cornelius Florist Northwest. They have always stepped up to the plate and delivered on time and with the most beautiful flowers. Although I live in England I know that I can rely on them to perform well. I recommend highly to anyone.

Did an online order, thought it didn’t go through. Ended up calling the shop; what a friendly voice! Took my order over the phone with pleasure! Online order ended up going through and the florist called me to tell me she will cancel the 2nd order. Within the hour my friend called to say she received the flowers and it was beautiful!!! Flowers were beautiful, and the delivery man was super polite and called to make sure the address was correct and then called back to tell me there was no answer. Nice feller. Will use them again!

The flowers arrived fresh and beautiful. However there was no fresh flower packet with the flowers and no directions how to keep them fresh. First thing I looked for as in the past flowers I’ve received do have that little packet. I’ve added water after finding them yesterday starting to droop. The arrangement is still beautiful but some flowrs are drooping. The vase is packed tight and changing out the water was not easy.

I apologize that you did not receive the packet of food. We do normally leave it with the arrangement but sometimes our extra drivers for the holiday will forget. Our arrangements do leave the shop with food in the water so should not need to be changed for several days as long as the vase is kept full. If you will call us with the delivery address we would love to send you a complimentary arrangement and I will make sure you receive the packet of food this time.
